Payments, Cancellations & Liability

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. We strive to deliver high-quality HVAC services and ask that any concerns be reported within 24 hours of service completion. While we take reasonable care during every visit, ClimaVex is not responsible for pre-existing equipment issues, normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, or damages caused by improper maintenance or unauthorized repairs.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in unsafe conditions and may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
